Ignacio Sauceda

Nacho is very efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to fix my issue in less than an hour after I spent six hours the day before trying to figure it out. He told me what the issue was and freely gave me some tips to fix it myself next time. Also, I tried to fix my electrical issue before calling and he didn’t charge extra to put back what I already did. lol! A really great repair experience!

Great tech. I had an issue with my water heater. He knows his stuff, very professional and cost effective. I recommend his services.

Very please with the service I received from Bear Ridge RV. Very timely on responding when I requested service and arrived promptly on the scheduled day. Was actually early! Ignacio was very professional and courteous. I’d highly recommend using Bear Ridge RV for any service needed and will utilize them if needed in the future.

My wife & I were having an issue with a GFCI circuit in our RV. We called Bear Ridge RV Mobile Tech & made an appointment with Ignacio “Nacho”. The service he provided us was exceptional, above & beyond. Our issue was solved & he also answered our questions about other systems as well. Highly recommend Bear Ridge!!!

Nacho went above and beyond to help us out in the Texas summer heat, to get our camper AC back up and running for our impending trip. He was very responsive and went out of his way to help us out even if it didn't directly benefit his own bottom line. His knowledge and honest assessment truly saved our summer trip, and we will always keep his number handy for the future. If you want an honest and reliable help with troubleshooting and getting you back on the road, give Nacho a call!
