After spending 28 years in corporate sales of maintenance supplies, I decided it was time for a change. As a full time RV'er with years of experience on my own camper and some HVAC experience I chose to go to NRVTA and became a certified tech. We love this lifestyle and enjoy helping others so they can get the best out of their camper to enjoy it as much as we do. I provide repairs, maintenance, and new owner walk throughs.

Great experience
Keith came on date and at time agreed. He didn’t stop until he figured out the cause of my water pressure issue and fixed it.

Request to repair leaky toilet
We have owned several campers but new to using RV Help for repair service. We were traveling this past week only to discover a small leak behind our toilet. I requested someone close via the app, and was pleasantly surprised to have Keith respond quickly to our request. We set up a time to assess the problem onsite, and he able to diagnose and remedy the situation very quickly. We appreciate the great and prompt service, and will enjoy having the service, if needed in the future. And, many thanks to Keith and his knowledge of our camper and specific situation.

Kevin and his wife were an absolute pleasure to work with! He was easy to book with, showed up right on time, and really knows his stuff. He’s able to access parts quickly, which saved me a lot of hassle, and he’s always willing to go the extra mile to do research when needed. It’s rare to find someone this dependable and thorough — highly recommend!
