Back country came out on time, he found the problem, explained my options. I made the choice to keep the old switch. The unit stopped working, he set a side time the next day to stop by and replace it. He only charged me for the part no labor. How many service companies do that anymore. Nick did an amazing job on our camper! He installed a solar setup and helped us with several other issues that we did not know how to fix including a leak. He was so knowledgeable and kind. He took the time to explain things that were way over our heads in the world of solar. He found ways to save us money with some of the issues and was all around very thorough. I am a small business owner that is always on call so we have been tied to campgrounds where I can have access to power and internet. Our solar setup (and Starlink) now allows us to camp anywhere and not worry about running out of power. It is so cool! Thank you, Nick. We truly appreciate you outfitting us with solar, fixing all the issues we had and getting us back on the road again.

Nick is awesome, he figured out what was wrong very quickly, got the needed parts, and had everything fixed in no time. Great service and a pleasure to work with. Even my suspicious German shepherd liked him right away! Would have Nick work on my camper anytime.
