Steven with Atlas RV did a great job in repairing the warranty work, would highly recommend for any and all RV warranty work!

Steve was on time, discussed my issues with me, and came up with a great plan to move forward. Yeah, it’s pricey, but good service ain’t always cheap. We still have to implement the plan, so this review is still in progress. After a postponement due to weather, Steven showed as promised and did a thorough, professional job. Every issue was addressed and improved to my satisfaction. The cost was exactly the quote, and he even brought his dog, Bruce, to hang out in the yard with my dogs. I would highly recommend Atlas and actually am going to refer one of my wife’s friends to him.

Steve is an RV repair wizard and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him! He was timely and a clear communicator, provided us with options to select from regarding replacement parts, and the work itself was top-notch. I greatly appreciate that his service is mobile--we kept the RV at home rather than having it sit in a repair shop lot for weeks, or months. Steve is our go-to repair guy from this point forward and we highly recommend him!

We've been RV'ing for 25+ years with numerous travel trailers and bought our newest trailer 15 months ago. It's perfect for us ... except for the bleepin' low-end Girard/Furrion tankless water heater that would just whine and beep that it wasn't up to the task of gasp, heating water (yes, we miss the tried-and-true tank water heaters that are now disappearing on new trailers)! We struggled and swore at it for as long as we could, but not having consistent hot water even in summer with temp's. in the high 90's we knew that we had to do something about it. Enter an email & call with Steven with Atlas RV Mobile Repair. He returned my call promptly so that we could discuss the problem over the phone. He immediately said that yes, he could come take a look, but was fairly positive that no tweaking or adjusting would help - which I appreciated the honesty. We talked for a bit and he listened as I explained our camping style (year 'round dry camping in state parks, forest service campgrounds, etc... and that we very rarely camp with hook-up's). I asked about a Truma tankless water heater which is the high-end of the spectrum and he countered with Fogatti explaining all of the benefits. We hung up and I did some homework that evening and was sold. The next day I said that I would like to proceed with a Fogatti InstaShower 9 Pro tankless water heater with a black door (there are four available models - the 7, 8, 9 Pro, & Ultra). We agreed on a price and an installation date. I paid him for the water heater itself and he ordered it promptly. It arrived and he inspected everything to let me know all was good to go. The installation date arrived and he was on time. Work was perfect! Truly. Clean removal of the offending & infuriating Girard/Furrion unit, excellent installlation of the Fogatti unit (& door & control panel), clean water & gas connections, as well as a thorough, thick, & clean job of caulking around the outside of the water heater to keep rain out. Next up of course the test - Holy cow!, it works! Every time. Hot water with no complaining from the water heater & control panel!!! Outside temp. was about 50 degrees and the water in the fresh tank was most likely in the low 40's. Same with the pressurized water source. Then this morning with the outside temp. being 39 degrees and I am positive that the water in the fresh tank was the same (we do not have an enclosed underbelly and I purposely did not turn on the fresh tank heating pad last night) I opened the faucet for hot water fully expecting to have the water heater complain and give up due to how cold it was, but no, HOT WATER WAS FLOWING!!! And even more incredible is that it took that water up to 123 degrees with no problem! Can you tell that I am thrilled?! We now can completely enjoy our trailer to its fullest and not cross our fingers when we ask for hot water. Our next camping trip is in 2 months, but Steven has asked that I let him know how it goes on a winter/spring trip and I absolutely will. If you have a tankless water heater and want to pull your hair out because of it I highly and completely recommend a Fogatti InstaShower with mixing tank, 66,000 BTU, multiple faucets on at once, etc... - either the 9 Pro like we chose for our situation or the Ultra (in my opinion skip the 7 & 8)! Just do it. And of course I would have spent twice more on a Truma had it not been for Steven's suggestion. Even better! I am so thankful that I contacted Atlas RV and now going forward I have a very knowledgeable RV technician in Steven that I fully trust and have complete confidence in! Plus he is enjoyable to chat with which is perfect to keep things at ease when having work done on your rig.

An unexpected wind knocked our awning off track! I found Steven online in Santa Rosa and contacted him three days before Christmas. He was quick to respond, knew the problem, asked for a photo and ordered the parts! He ordered the parts based on my photos. He was excellent in his communications via text messages, keeping me updated on the delivery of parts and scheduled an appointment! He arrived within his scheduled time. Although the sun set earlier than expected, he returned early the next day to finish the job! He completed the job with an excellent result! Totally satisfied and I’d recommend Steven without reservation! Total satisfaction with reasonable and acceptable rates! I highly recommend Steven! Thanks, Steven
