Inspection Levels and Cost

A Total Level Inspection focuses on condition and operation of the components (ie, does the A/C work at efficiency? Does the stove turn on?). On average, a total inspection takes 5-7 hours on site. Total Level Pricing: Pop-Up Camper: $250 // Truck Camper: $350 // Compact Travel Trailers (<17' long): $400 // Travel Trailers: $500 // Toy Hauler Travel Trailer: $550 // Class B/C: $650, 5th Wheel: $650 // 5th Wheel Toy Hauler: $700 // Class A: $750. Includes inspection and full report.

A Premier Inspection will also look at the style and type of those components (ie, model number of appliances, what is the type of roof?), as well as FLIR images, and a VIN check and recall check for used RV's, or matching specs for new RV's. A Premier level inspection takes 6-9 hours on site.  Premier Level Pricing: Compact Travel Trailers (<17' long): $650 // Travel Trailers: $900 // Toy Hauler Travel Trailer: $950 // Class B/C: $1000* // 5th Wheel: $1000 // 5th Wheel Toy hauler: $1100 // *Super C: $1200 // Class A: $1300. Includes inspection and full report.

Also available: A "Done With You" inspection/education session, which is a Total level inspection done with you on site, with a list of issues but no report. Pricing: Same as Total Level.

About Katie: Katie has been camping ever since she was little, and her passion for the outdoors led her to get her Master’s in Environmental Education. She has worked in the MD State Park system and in Olympic National Park, has developed and run after school STEM programs, and enjoys using her experience to take you from RV shopper to RV owner and getting outside. Katie Monsma is a military spouse, and mama of one boy. She and her family have a german shepherd/malinois rescue, a cat who likes to go on walks, and a flock of chickens. Her favorite outdoor activities include hiking and canoeing, she is a BJJ blue belt, and cannot survive without dark chocolate.
