Associated RV Services was founded on a simple belief that whether purchasing a travel trailer, fifth wheel, motorhome, or luxury coach, buyers deserve an objective understanding of an RV's observable condition and realistic expectations about ownership.

Our inspections are designed to document the condition and operation of the RV at the time of the inspection, helping clients reduce uncertainty and make informed purchasing decisions—not by predicting the future, but by providing accurate, professional information upon which sound decisions can be made.

Bill is also the Director of Training & Business Development for the Professional Association of RV Inspectors and has spent his career advancing professionalism within the recreational vehicle industry. In addition to leading Associated RV Services, Bill has developed professional certification programs for RV inspectors and RV sales professionals, authored several books on RV inspections, customer confidence, and professional communication, and regularly consults with inspectors, dealerships, and RV buyers throughout North America.

Drawing upon more than forty years in the construction and remodeling trades, combined with extensive experience in RV remodeling, customization, inspection, and professional education, Bill brings a unique perspective to every inspection. His philosophy is straightforward: the purpose of an inspection is not to create fear, nor to justify a purchase, but to provide objective information that allows buyers to move forward with appropriate confidence and realistic expectations.

A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Bill believes professionalism is demonstrated through integrity, accountability, communication, and service. Those principles guide every aspect of Associated RV Services and have become the foundation of PARVI's educational programs and professional standards.

As a PARVI certified master RV inspector, Bill has inspected virtually every class of recreational vehicle, from pop-up campers and travel trailers to fifth wheels, diesel pushers, luxury motor coaches, and specialty RVs. Regardless of the size or value of the vehicle, every inspection is conducted with the same commitment to thoroughness, objectivity, and professionalism.

Based in Southeast Texas, Associated RV Services serves clients throughout the Texas Gulf Coast, western Louisiana, and surrounding regions, while also traveling nationwide by appointment.
