Master technician, friendly, very responsive!
If you are traveling in the Chincoteague or eastern shore area around Salisbury, Jim and ARC Mobile RV repair and service is the best! He responded to our message right away and visited our RV site in Chincoteague within hours to provide critical service on our Reece Goosebox hitch addressing an issue that arose during our trip to the RV resort. He quickly researched the model and consulted with other experts to confirm his approach was correct. He arrived on time and confidently, skillfully provided the needed service. slide out motor issues
So i am on vacation and decided to have my slide out fixed (schwintek motor ) and i called James. As it turned ou i did not need one yet but James walked me through some trouble shooting steps. With all that being said he was not out for just a service call and money as he helped me over the phone. Very polite and responsive gentlemen and was knowledgeable of the work he would have done. I will keep his number and recommend him to anyone in the area not to mention his service call and hourly rate did not seem outrageous. Thank you
