Fantastic Service and Quality Work
Ashley worked on our RV twice this year - the first being a bearing repack and second being the installation of new disc brakes. In each case, she traveled several hours to provide the service. She was fantastic to work with on each project. Not only did she do quality work at a fair price, she communicated regularly, responded promptly and answered all of our questions and concerns. I’d highly recommend her for any of your RV suspension or brake work!

Suspension and disc brake upgrade on a 2020 Grand Design 303 5th wheel
I started to get to know Ashley through Performance Trailer. Through 6 months of questions via emails on how to put the best suspension and brakes under our new (to us) camper, before we even had it. She put up with my random emails with very quick turn around and patience. This was only the start of her excellent communication. She was prompt, knowledgeable, and had depth of awareness that impressed me because I thought she was selling parts for PT. Well when I finally pulled the trigger and bought the entire suspension from axels, slipper springs, and disc brakes, she asked who was going to install them. I asked for recommendations in central Arizona and she said that she could do it if I was in no rush. WOW, I couldn’t say yes quick enough and I’m glad I did. She did what she said she was going to do, when she said she was going to do it (actually a day early!!!!) and for the price she said she was going to do it! PT shipped the parts a few days prior to the scheduled install and worked around our schedule. She arrived the day prior to the scheduled install. Impressive! While they were working on the suspension my wife asked what I thought about the project. I told her that in just the first half hour of watching and talking with her and her assistant Chaiden (also an excellent technician that can work on my equipment any time!), they have done this enough times to have it down to an assembly line of efficiency. I was totally comfortable walking away knowing it was going to be a stellar install. Which it was/is. Can’t say how impressed I have been with this entire process/project. It had great karma from the initial email full of questions to Performance Trailer to the test drive to burnish in the brake pads. Excellent project excellent team, thanks to Ashely and her communication, knowledge, and drive. Totally impressed. Told my wife that I wish we had more contractors in our life that gave such satisfaction.
