I just recently purchased an RV. Based on past experiences with RV dealerships, I chose to have a pre-purchase inspection completed by All Points Rv Solutions. They were extremely professional, diligent, and thorough. The report generated was perfect with pictures and very clear explanations of deficiencies. I highly recommend All Points! The selling dealer took 2 1/2 months to complete the work and the repairs, although most were minor, I believe the inspection was well worth it and would not purchase another RV again without using All Points Rv Solutions prior to purchase. One other note….steer clear of Blue Compass Fort Worth as they are extremely dishonest and incompetent, and that’s me being nice.

Highly competent, very thorough, exceptionally organized, and great communicators. All Points RV Solutions handled inspection of a large, high end coach that we purchased with ease. Troy and his wife are a fantastic team that I highly recommend.

Hiring Troy and All Points RV Solutions was the best thing we did for our new RV purchase. We put a deposit on a unit previously ordered by the dealer with the understanding we'd fly there and drive it over 1800 miles home. The dealer (MHS) and salesperson (Brad) were wonderful and assured us that it would be in perfect order to drive home after our walkthrough and overnight. After reading forums about Dynamax units and issues others found during their PDI that took days to resolve, I called Troy and discussed my concerns. He immediately put me at ease with discussing his process and checklist. I came to the conclusion it was far easier to hire him than get there to find issues and have to stay longer or fly back home to make another trip when they were resolved. I will add that MHS RV accommodated his inspection with professionalism and ease. Unfortunately, Troy did find some significant issues that did take time, but overall the unit was good and the dealer took care of things as fast as they could. Troy saved me much stress, time and overall aggravation than if we were there personally and maybe wouldn't have even caught many of those problems. Again, most were minor, but it took the dealer another week or so to get parts and complete. Troy even offered to do a follow up inspection after their repairs at a nominal fee. He was a wonderful asset and was a partner in make this buying experience much better in every way. I'd highly recommend Troy to do his thorough inspection before you buy your next RV. He is knowledgeable with all facets including fit and finish as well as all the electronics and computerization. Thanks Troy and All Points RV Solutions!

All Points RV Solutions inspected an RV we were interested in. They worked with the dealer who had the RV to arrange the inspection and then did a very thorough report and provided some useful commentary. As a result of this we made the trip to look at the unit ourselves and subsequently purchased the vehicle. The report gave us clear insights into any work that needed doing and the areas that were OK. This was a tremendous help in us getting the RV we wanted at a good value price. Highly recommended and would suggest that if you are considering buying a new or used vehicle to use All Points to get it checked out.
