No call/no show
This company was recommended to me by my family and our campground. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday morning at 8am. Previous reviews indicated they no called/no showed before. However, my family used Jason so I thought I’d give a try. Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. Jason no called/ no showed on our appointment. I reached out by phone, text and email to the app and still no response. This was a complete waste of my time and drove several hours to meet him at his requested scheduled time. This is so unprofessional and disappointing as I needed help. No common courtesy if something happened then give a heads up! Come to find out he has my in laws jack and has no called no showed on them 3 times when he was supposed to deliver. I would not recommend

A fair and knowledgeable mobile RV tech
I bought my RV sight-unseen from a broker half way across the country. I had no idea what it needed or how to operate some of the very nicely equipped features. I called Jason and we set up an appointment. He explained a lot of things to me that I would never have known. He found a few things that needed repairs and took care of everything in one day at a very fair price. I am very satisfied with everything Jason has done for me and I will be calling him if and when I need more help on anything at all. I'd suggest you give him a call. Gary

Excellent service- highly recommend !
I contacted Jason for assistance with my slide out. The slide was stuck in the out position/needing a motor replacement and to reset the slide in/out stop on a Lippert Slim rack system. He arrived as stated, started the job and continued till the repair was complete. He ran into a few snafues (which was caused by me from attempting this on my own) however, was able to immediately troubleshoot and continue without any problems. He took the time to explain to me the problem and how the slide system worked so I would have better understanding as the owner. Great customer service- I definitely recommend his services and plan to use him again for some routine maintenance/winterizing ect. Jason is reliable, and honest. He's very knowledgeable, a great troubleshooter and doesn't stop until he gets the job completed.

Disappointing
Staying at Camp Scholler in Oshkosh. Had some issues with RV. Contacted Jason by phone. Said he could come next day and take care of problem, would call before leaving. No call. No show. I sent message next day for update. Received reply later in evening that coming here not a good business decision (40,000 campers here…..)

Im sorry you feel that way. After getting burned with 2 customers that refused to pay for my services the day before I did feel that it was a bad business decision to drive a hr down there. There may have been 40k campers there, but most thought eaa was paying for repairs for some reason.
