Mobile RV Repair Solutions was born from personal experience and a genuine understanding of the challenges RV owners face. As a full-time RVer myself, I discovered firsthand the frustration and inconvenience that comes with needing repairs while on the road. My journey began when I needed warranty repairs for my own RV. The nearest authorized dealer was an hour and a half away—each way. As a full-time RVer, I faced an impossible choice: either be temporarily homeless while my home was in the shop with no clear timeline for completion, or continue living with issues that needed professional attention. Desperate for another solution, I contacted three local mobile RV technicians and only one even returned my call. As someone with over 20 years of experience in sales and service, I found this level of customer service completely unacceptable. This wasn't how business should be done. This experience revealed a critical gap in RV services. While dealerships and repair shops offer comprehensive repair options, they often can't accommodate the unique needs of full-time RVers who literally can't leave their homes behind and many mobile technicians weren't providing the professional service and reliability that RV owners deserve.

This led me to pursue professional training through the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) to become nationally certified.
