Customer Success Representative - Remote

We’re RV Help, a tech startup making RV maintenance and inspections easier than ever. We’re building a marketplace that connects RV owners with skilled technicians and inspectors who can help them right at their campsite or provide pre-purchase inspections.

About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-focused representative who’s great at helping people solve problems. You’ll be the friendly voice of our platform, supporting RV owners and service providers in having a seamless experience. This role starts as a contractor at 20 hours per week, with room to grow.

What You’ll Do

High Priority: Support & Engagement

  • Service Providers → respond to technical/account-related inquiries, troubleshoot, and ensure providers can confidently use the platform.

  • Team Inbox → manage incoming requests across channels, assign/escalate to the right team members, and track resolution.

  • RV Owners → address questions and troubleshooting needs, making sure owner issues are prioritized and escalated when necessary.

  • Pro Members → support indirectly by identifying and flagging high-value tasks, escalating to the Director of Customer Success, and assisting with retention efforts where needed.

Day-to-Day Customer Support

  • Create and update macros for common issues and troubleshooting.

  • Tag and document tickets (bugs, feature requests, reviews, moderation) and customer interactions.

  • Support campaigns that drive Pro Member Success and Service Provider Success (buy-in, retention, education).

  • Provide customer service through our ticketing system and phone calls.

  • Guide service providers through profile setup and optimization.

  • Help RV owners connect with the right technicians and inspectors.

  • Maintain clear communication with all users and escalate issues when needed.

  • Share insights with the team about user needs and potential platform improvements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of customer success initiatives

Hours and Location

  • Start at 20 hours per week with potential to grow to 30+.

  • 100% remote — work from anywhere!

  • Target Start Date: September 1.

  • (Nice to have) Knowledge of the RV industry.
